The Super Training Feature has proven to be very interactive, and some what of a first base as to how to work on a Pokémon's base stats. This is good, since many novice Pokémon players (me) would concentrate more on "catching them all" and battling with close friends, instead of really perfecting the Pokémon to go against competitive players. Even so, I have become well informed of the old EV training method, which I do want to continue learning and applying, since in my opinion appears to be more linear because it has been around for some time. It is a lather, rinse, and repeat thing. Although, EV training has been around for sometime now, it always manages to be updated in quickening the training experience, which can be seen now by battling a horde of Pokémon that will give more points to your stats in addition with the common applications (Macho Brace or Power Bracer).

Playing the Super Training Feature
The Super Training Feature has proven to be very interactive, and some what of a first base as to how to work on a Pokémon's base stats. Super Training Feature
Core Training
The core training is the main screen, where a Pokémon is selected to view their stats outlook and undergo their overall training. This screen also enables you to choose a beneficial punching bag to raise a certain stat by interaction (tap) or simply letting the Pokémon do all the work.
Super Training Game
The training game, in a soccer/fútbol orientation, once a Pokémon is selected you are able to choose a mini game that will help raise a specific stat. Use the stylus to aim at the targets located around the balloon Pokémon. The purpose is to reach the score limit, and beware of the giant soccer balls and time running out on you. A punching bag (S, M, L) is received at the end, depending on how well the training went the bag will give a certain amount of points to the stat being worked on.
I'm still a little skeptic over this feature in raising my Pokémon's stats, since I am more familiar with the old stat raising method EV training, which is what Super Training came to be for.

Pokémon X and Y has a new feature never implemented in past generations called, Super Training. The feature allows you to closely interact and bond with your Pokémon by core training them in tapping a selected beneficial punching bag and participating in a fun sporty mini game that will make your companions' raise their base stats.
Every Pokémon has the following stats:

Has raising your Pokémon's base stats become that simple and fun?
